Equipment and Loan Closet:
We provide free loan of medical equipment for residents of Freeport and Pownal.

Our closet contains crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, shower benches, raised toilet seats, braces, etc.
These items may be borrowed on an as needed basis. Ask for these at the main office at the FCS.

Transportation:
We providing free transportation to doctors appointments for residents of Freeport and Pownal

Volunteer Drivers take community members who have no transportation or who cannot drive to and from their medical appointments.
Arrangements must be made in advance through Sue Mack.
