Carol Kaplan Fuel Oil Assistance: Up to 100 gallons may be purchased for any family needing this service. Individuals must first have applied for LiHeap assistance and been turned down by the Town of Freeport or Pownal for similar assistance. Gasoline Vouchers: Limited gasoline vouchers are available for citizens in extreme need. Applications for this service must be approved through both the family services coordinator and FCS Director. You must apply in person to Sue Mack, Family Service Coordinator. |
| Free Clothing (limited supply) Persons with clothing needs may obtain free items of clothing through the Family Services Coordinator, Sue Mack. |
