Many Faces of Grief Presentation

Hospice of Southern Maine and Age-Friendly Freeport and Pownal present the Many Faces of Grief on Thursday, May 8 at 1pm in the Bradley Room.  

In this presentation we will talk about the many faces of grief including when it can occur and the many ways it affects us.

We will talk about the entire spectrum of grief, from anticipatory grief experienced prior to a loss to the ways we struggle when we experience loss. Grief is natural, normal and happens to everyone and we will learn how to recognize grief in ourselves and in others.

We will also provide a list of recommended support resources.
