When we consider the end of our own life or a loved one, it can feel overwhelming. This Age-Friendly Freeport & Pownal learning session is designed to help you plan one step at a time. Our featured speakers include Lisa Joy White, a grief care specialist, advance life planning facilitator and founder of Mourning Ventures of Maine, local estate planning attorney, Mark Standen, LLC, and Chris Foss, MSW from Andwell Health Partners The Hospice House.
