Beginning Friday, June 19 we will gladly begin accepting donations to the Thrift Shop.
New donation hours: Tuesday & Friday 10-3
We are very excited to begin the next phase of our reopening plan, and see the new inventory that will roll in the door! However, we have new donation guidelines, so please read them over before you stop by with a donation.
New donation guidelines
• For the safety of our employees we are not able to help you unload your donations. Until further notice it will be a self-serve, touch-less process.• Please take your items out of your bags/boxes and place items in designated bins on the loading dock. Take your bags/boxes with you.
• Please do not leave any large items like furniture, bikes, carpets etc. To schedule a time to drop off large items please contact 865-3985 x207 or thriftshop@fcsmaine.org.
• Please DO NOT leave anything below the loading dock.
• Items that are brought outside of our donation hours might be discarded.
Why only twice a week donations? For safety reasons, we have to leave donations untouched for 3-4 days till they can get processed.
