Back by popular demand, a second session of Tai Chi will be starting on June 4th. Class will run every Tuesday from 3-4 pm in the Bradley Room. Join Spectrum Generations volunteer Charlotte Pease to learn this gentle and enjoyable exercise.
Tai Chi is an enjoyable exercise that can increase balance, relieve pain, and improve health and ability to do things. It is a slow exercise, easy to learn and good for all ability levels.
