Join us for this free class to improve and maintain your mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength through sustainable yoga practice. All levels and abilities will be accommodated, including use of chairs and props.
Using the breath and slow transitions and holds through various physical postures can increase our awareness of our mind and body to help us feel relaxed, centered, and calm.
The class is led by instructor Sara Helman, RYT.
Class takes place every Monday at 10am in the Bradley Room, unless otherwise posted. No registration required.
