Yoga on Mondays

Join us for this free class for mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength through sustainable yoga practice. Use of the breath and slow transitions and holds through various physical postures can increase our awareness of our mind and body to help us feel relaxed, centered, and calm. With instructor Sara Helman, RYT.
