We are currently accepting food donations for Thanksgiving boxes for families, who will come to pick them up at FCS or have them delivered.

Needed Food Items

While food donations of all kinds are appreciated, we are especially seeking the following:

  • Turkeys (we anticipate a need of at least 120 turkeys)
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh vegetables:
    • Winter squash
    • Celery
    • Onions
    • Carrots
    • Potatoes
    • Sweet potatoes (yams)
    • Cranberries
    • Apples

 

Donation Guidelines

Deliver food donations to the Food Pantry loading dock at 55 Depot Street, Freeport.

Non-perishable items can be delivered anytime.

Please Note! Perishable items must be delivered during open pantry hours only:

  • Monday, 11am – 3pm
  • Tuesday, 9:30 – 11:30am
  • Wednesday, 11am – 1pm
