Monthly Mindfulness

Mindfulness practitioner Carol Miller is leading a summer mindfulness class, every 3rd Wednesday of the month, in the FCS Bradley Room at 10 a.m. Each month, Miller will introduce a new concept and theme to help those new to mindfulness get started. Throughout the summer series, you’ll learn about mindful meditation practices, strategies and tools you can regularly use at home. Classes will also encourage a weekly Q+A session and discussion. Class dates are July 15 and August 19.
