Yin Yoga
Join Age-Friendly Freeport and Pownal for our free, drop-in Yin Yoga class. Led by DD Swan, a certified yoga practitioner with over 50 years’ experience, you’ll learn how to hold poses for longer periods, all while relieving tension, increasing body awareness and focusing on breathing.
