Beginning Wednesday, May 6, join mindfulness practitioner Carol Miller for a month-long series in the FCS Bradley Room at 10 a.m. Each week, Miller will introduce a new concept and theme to help those new to mindfulness get started. Throughout the series, you’ll learn about mindful meditation practices, strategies and tools you can regularly use at home. Classes will also encourage a weekly Q+A session and discussion.
